Burcuhan Yıldıran Kuroğlu is specialized in Commercial/Corporate Law, M&A, Tax and Insurance Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Family Law and Mediation. She provides legal consultancy to many local and international clients in transportation, construction, white goods, real estate and sports sectors and serves on the supervisory board of a public company operating in the iron and steel sector.

She is a member of the Disciplinary Board of Sakaryaspor A.Ş. sports club representing the club within the Football Federation of Turkey as an authority, and also, a member of Fenerbahçe A.Ş. sports club’s Law Committee and The British-Turkish Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining our firm, Burcuhan  worked at a law firm in London between 2010 and 2012. She is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University (LLB 2008) and holds an LLM degree from Bournemouth University in International Commercial Law. Burcuhan Yıldıran Kuroğlu is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and speaks English fluently.

Oktay Gözen is an experienced lawyer specialized in Commercial/Corporate Law, Contract Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Labor, Tax and Insurance Law and Personal Data Protection. He offers legal advice to many Turkish and international clients in the health, transportation, engineering, textile, media and retail sectors. Additionally, he provides legal counselling concerning the conduct of affairs for international associations in Turkey.

He is also a member of Istanbul Bar Association Sports and Sports Law Commission. In addition, Oktay  has attended many seminars on the Personal Data Protection Law. He is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University (LLB 2009) and holds an LLM degree in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. Oktay is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and speaks English fluently.

Emmy Di Gioia, an Italian lawyer based in Istanbul with Italo-Turkish origins, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Palermo and a member of the Palermo Bar Association. She provides legal support to foreign investors in the areas of Labor Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, M&A, Procurement and Corporate Law according to the regulations of the Turkish and Italian legal system. 

After working in one of Turkey’s most established and well-known law firms, in 2017 with her participation to Yıldıran Gözen Law Office as partner and counsel, YGD Legal Consulting and Mediation Office started giving services. Emmy Di Gioia offers consulting services to foreign entrepreneurs, especially to Italian citizens, who intend to invest in Turkey or are already based in Turkey and viceversa, in Turkish, Italian and English languages. Having more than six years of experience in Istanbul, Emmy has had the chance of legally representing and giving legal consultancy  to many multinational and domestic companies and institutions among which there are the General Consulate of Italy in Istanbul and the Consulate of Italy in Izmir, together with many Italian Companies and the European Union.
