In 2013, Yıldıran Gözen Law office was founded by, attorneys at law, registered at the Istanbul Bar Association, Burcuhan Yıldıran Kuroğlu and Oktay Gözen. Since its establishment, Yıldıran Gözen has been an office providing consultancy to companies and natural persons in all kinds of disputes and has been successfully conducting litigation proceedings with its expert staff.

In 2017, with the participation of the Italian lawyer Emmy Di Gioia, a member of the Italian Bar Association in Palermo, as a consultant and partner, Yıldıran Gözen Law Office continued its activities as YGD Consultancy Law and Mediation Office, expanding its area of practice internationally. By doing so, in addition to the areas in which it offers service, YGD has actually become a legal consultancy office aiming at providing services to foreign investors and to those who have commercial and economic relationships between Turkey and EU member countries, particularly with Italy.

Having worked for many years with law firms in Turkey and abroad all the lawyers working at YGD are equipped to provide clients with tailor made solutions on dispute resolution, corporate consulting and litigation, both according to the Turkish and Italian Law.
